Apartments are offered unfurnished, with lease terms as short as seven months.
Are pets welcome at the community, and what is your pet policy?
Yes, Ocean Walk is pet-friendly. Breed and weight restrictions apply.

With everything nearby in Key West, residents enjoy a minimal commute to work, shopping, and entertainment.
What amenities are offered on-site (such as pool, fitness center, clubhouse, or coworking space)?
Community amenities include a business center, the largest residential pool in Key West, tennis and basketball courts, and a dog park.
What parking options are available, including garages, guest parking, or EV charging stations?
Covered parking under buildings is available for an additional fee, along with free uncovered parking throughout the community.
Are there laundry facilities in the units or on-site?
Laundry rooms are conveniently located on the ground floor of each building.
Are utilities included in the rent, and which services are residents responsible for?
Residents are responsible for power, water, cable, and renters insurance. Trash, pest control, and water/sewer fees are billed separately with rent.
Do apartments include modern appliances, patios/balconies, or extra storage space?
Apartment homes include standard appliances and comfortable layouts designed for island living.

Applications can be completed online. Fees include a $75 application fee per applicant and a one-time $300 administrative fee. Rental verification, government ID, and recent pay stubs are required.
What are the move-in costs, and is a security deposit required?
The standard security deposit is $500. Move-in costs include the deposit and prorated rent based on your move-in date.
Is renters’ insurance mandatory, and what coverage is recommended?
Yes, renters’ insurance is required with a minimum of $300,000 in liability coverage.
What happens if I need to move out early or break my lease?
Early termination terms depend on the lease agreement option selected during the application process.
How do I submit maintenance requests, and how quickly are they typically resolved?
Maintenance requests can be submitted through the resident portal and are typically resolved within 24–48 hours depending on urgency.
